Last night I did a shoot with my cousin at Griffith Park. Unfortunately, most of the time I lent him my tripod (which is from the 70s btw), as I taught him about ISO and shutterspeeds. So, no new Downtown LA shots from me at least. :( That, and we got rained out anyway. Double :(. And for those of you that noticed, yes, my only tripod in America is actually older than I am. Regrettably, my other tripod and studio equipment is in the Philippines. I'm considering getting new gear just for when I'm in San Diego, since I'm there frequently anyway.
As for this rose, I've seen an awful lot of flower shots and I can tell you, there are a lot of bad flower shots out there. But of course, you can never say that to the person who takes them. So, I swore I would never be one of those really-bad-flower-shot uploaders. But let's see how long I can hold out. :P
