The Golden Gate Bridge in Color

Here's another shot I took while on vacation in San Francisco last year. I know it's been shot to death, but what made it interesting for me is that I debated for a while about whether I should have made this a black and white image. I decided against it though, because the Golden Gate Bridge's red/orange paint is iconic. It would have looked like any other bridge in b&w and I knew that the foreground was a bit unusual already. I then mulled over how much foreground and how much bridge to include because this actually came from a much larger image. In the end, I cropped it as seen above and just wished it had been a sunnier day.
